Equipment must be compatible with fuel quality, electrical classification, local metrology rules and the station control or point-of-sale platform.

Engineering delivery

Hydraulic calculations check pipe length, friction loss, elevation and concurrent fuelling so each nozzle receives stable pressure without oversizing the pump. The design coordinates submersible pump duty, check and relief functions, impact or shear valves, filters, flexible connectors, dispenser sumps, earthing and emergency isolation. Factory certificates, calibration, electrical tests, leak checks, communication tests and live-product commissioning are included in the verification plan.

Deliverables define dispenser configuration, pump curves, hydraulic basis, piping interfaces, control signals, installation details and commissioning criteria.
