Service focus
Spherical and horizontal pressure vessels provide bulk LPG storage under pressure and must be matched to propane-butane composition, design temperature, operating pressure and required inventory. Vessel type and unit size are evaluated against site area, logistics, construction capability, inspection access and phased expansion. Pressure-vessel codes, local regulations and project safety studies govern materials, supports, nozzles, relief protection and isolation.

Engineering delivery
Engineering defines design and upset cases, corrosion allowance, wind and seismic loads, support or foundation interfaces, nozzle loads, level instruments, remote valves and relief connections. Fabrication controls include material traceability, qualified welding, nondestructive examination, heat treatment where required, dimensional inspection, pressure testing and coating. Site work verifies foundations, erection tolerances, piping stress interfaces, earthing and the complete pre-commissioning dossier before LPG introduction.

Deliverables and project value
The owner receives calculations, drawings, specifications, inspection records, pressure-test evidence and operating limits. Properly engineered vessels reduce the risk of overstress, leakage, unstable level measurement and difficult maintenance. Standardized connections and sensible spacing also support isolation, firefighting, inspection and later addition of storage capacity.
