Service focus
LPG tanker unloading and loading bays combine pressurized liquid transfer, vapour management and vehicle movement in one controlled area. The design basis considers road-tanker dimensions, liquid and vapour connections, required turnaround, metering, weighing, product composition and driver responsibilities. Bay siting must preserve separation, ventilation and emergency access while preventing conflict with other terminal traffic.

Engineering delivery
Engineering coordinates loading arms or approved hoses, dry-break or breakaway couplings, earthing verification, excess-flow protection, remote isolation, ESD pushbuttons, pumps or compressors and vapour return. Pipework is checked for pressure, thermal expansion and trapped-liquid relief. Commissioning tests connection identification, permissives, metering, shutdown, valve closure, communication and a complete supervised tanker operation, including abnormal disconnection scenarios.

Deliverables and project value
Deliverables include bay layouts, connection schedules, operating sequences, ESD logic, equipment specifications and acceptance records. A well-arranged bay improves tanker turnaround and measurement control while reducing hose failure, drive-away, vapour release and wrong-connection risk. The documented sequence supports consistent driver induction and operator supervision.
