Service focus
Firewater and water-spray systems cool LPG vessels, protect exposed equipment and support emergency response during a fire. The design basis considers vessel surface area, credible fire location, radiant heat, simultaneous cooling demand, water availability, drainage and the response capability of local fire services. NFPA 15, NFPA 20 and relevant LPG requirements are applied with local authority criteria.

Engineering delivery
Hydraulic modelling establishes water density, duration, pump duty, reserve volume, ring-main size and pressure at deluge nozzles, hydrants and monitors. The design coordinates sectional valves, automatic or manual release, pump redundancy, diesel fuel, test returns, corrosion protection and drainage of large emergency flows. Commissioning verifies nozzle coverage, deluge activation, pump performance, sectional isolation, alarms and operation under the most demanding simultaneous scenario.

Deliverables and project value
Deliverables include fire scenarios, hydraulic calculations, spray layouts, equipment schedules, cause-and-effect and performance-test records. Reliable cooling delays pressure rise and supports safe isolation, evacuation and firefighting. Accessible test points and sectionalized networks make routine inspection and future expansion easier without compromising the existing protection level.
