Site screening and investigations

Study inputs and design basis
Work starts from confirmed site and land information, products, demand forecast, storage days, supply chain, receipt and dispatch cases, peak flow rates, utilities, environmental limits, applicable regulations and expansion objectives. Where information is incomplete, assumptions and required surveys are recorded for owner approval rather than treated as final facts.

Feasibility and capacity planning deliverables
Deliverables may include demand and logistics cases, site screening, capacity calculations, tank configuration, option comparison, concept plot plan, process narrative or preliminary PFD, utilities and infrastructure basis, preliminary equipment list, risk register and an initial capital-cost and schedule basis. Quantities, cost and dates remain subject to approved surveys, product data and project definition.

Pre-FEED versus FEED
Pre-FEED selects and defines the preferred concept at a level suitable for an investment and engineering decision. FEED then develops the approved basis through more detailed calculations, PFDs and P&IDs, equipment data sheets, plot plans, control and safety philosophies, civil interfaces and procurement packages. Final construction drawings and bills of materials belong to detailed engineering or the EPC stage.

From concept to complete EPC
Simei Energy can continue from investigation coordination and feasibility into master planning, FEED, EPC drawings, equipment supply, construction, commissioning and complete EPC under an agreed contract. The client funds and pays for the project; Simei Energy does not provide investment, financing, EPC+F, BOOT, lease-to-own or deferred-payment funding.
