01
Service focus
Inventory and tank-gauging systems convert field measurements into reliable stock, movement and loss information. The architecture is based on tank type, required accuracy, custody or operational use, product temperature behaviour and the owner's reporting platform. Radar, servo or other technologies are evaluated together with temperature, water-bottom and density measurement where these affect inventory calculation.
02
Engineering delivery
Engineering defines instrument locations, stilling-well requirements, tank tables, data protocols, alarm settings, server or console configuration and interfaces with SCADA or business systems. Calculations and reports follow an agreed volume-correction and reconciliation basis. Installation and commissioning verify reference heights, signal quality, temperature averaging, water detection, alarm response, communication recovery and comparison with certified tank calibration or manual measurements.
03
Deliverables and project value
Deliverables include measurement philosophy, instrument schedules, network diagrams, configuration records, alarm matrices and reconciliation procedures. Reliable data improves planning, custody control and identification of unexplained loss, while reducing manual exposure on tank roofs. A documented interface also supports later integration with enterprise inventory, dispatch and maintenance applications.
