Service focus
Truck unloading and loading racks control the terminal's interface with road tankers and therefore directly affect throughput, custody transfer and traffic safety. The layout is based on tanker dimensions, top- or bottom-loading philosophy, product segregation, peak vehicle demand, metering method and driver workflow. Separation from storage, buildings and ignition sources is coordinated with access control and emergency vehicle movement.

Engineering delivery
The design defines bay count, loading arms or hoses, pumps, meters, batch controllers, filters, grounding verification, overfill protection, vapour return and emergency-release devices. Hydraulic analysis confirms transfer time and pressure at the most demanding bay. Civil and structural work covers gantries, platforms, fall protection, curbs, drainage and containment. Commissioning verifies metering, permissives, earthing, overfill response, emergency shutdown and a complete tanker movement and transfer sequence.

Deliverables and project value
Deliverables include rack layouts, operating sequences, equipment data sheets, metering logic, traffic plans and acceptance tests. A coordinated rack improves vehicle turnaround, prevents wrong-product transfer and reduces spill, fall and static hazards. Modular bay and control arrangements also make it easier to add products, increase throughput or introduce automated driver authorization later.
